At Solvae Nails, we understand the excitement of receiving your press nails promptly. Once you place your order, please allow 2-3 business days for processing.( This applies to both pick up and delivered orders) After processing, shipping times typically range from 3-5 business days for standard shipping within the United States. If you opt for expedited shipping, your set will arrive within 1-2 business days.

Due to the custom nature of our products we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any of our items. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us at info@solvaenails.com and we will evaluate your request for a replacement item on a case-by-case basis.

Upon reception of your order, please inspect it and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong item.

We will evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note that Solvae Nails is NOT responsible for stolen or lost packages. Once shipped, you'll need to keep track of your packages location. In the event of a lost/stolen package please reach out to the shipping carrier immediately for assistance.
